    Hi ,

    My BS char lv50 , proficiency lv33. How to unlock new recipe for shield, ring & hat? Must buy from BS or need certain proficiency lv?

    Shields, daggers, arrows, additional gears and special equipment (rings) can only be made through using the services of Zono the blacksmith npc. (As far as I know)
