Dual Wield (DW) is a build specialized in utilizing large area sword techniques with the AMPR to back it up. As a DW, your main method of attacking is to unleash a large amount of attacks rather than to have high burst damage. Your primary combo also allows you to indefinitely attack a large area of enemies and escaping from them especially when paired with certain katana skills making. Without further delay, let's get right into the build.

    Suggested Stats:
    > [STR] = Max
    > [AGI] = Max
    > [VIT] = As needed, not completely necessary if you can maneuver around the invincibility skills properly
    > [DEX] = 50 - 100 OR as per necessary
    > [INT] = 0
    > [CRT] = 50+

As you can see, it is currently impossible to completely build a DW up to their maximum potential at this point in the game. The number of stats available is simply too low. You can focus on STR, AGI and CRT at first before moving onto other stats. VIT isn't so necessary if your combos are properly constructed to abuse invincibility frames.

    Suggested Skills:
    > [Blade] = Trigger Slash (Lv6 OK), Rampage, Meteor Breaker (lv1 OK), Sword Tempest, Buster Sword
    > [Dual Wield] = Dual Sword Mastery, Dual Sword Control, God Speed, Phantom Slash, Shadow Step, Shining Cross, Flash Blast, Storm Reaper, Saber Aura
    > [Mononofu] = Shukuchi, Kairiki Ranshin
    > [Magic] = Impact (Lv7 OK)
    > [Survival] = HP Boost, MP Boost

    Optional Skills:
    > [Blade] = Sonic Blade, Sword Techniques
    > Dual Wield] = Spinning Slash
    > [Halberd] = Quick Aura, God Speed Wield

The reason for taking sonic blade is so that it can be used with charging slash in a combo is you so as choose to do so. In my opinion, it would be more beneficial to use sword tempest instead to offset the physical proration.

The halberd skill God Speed Wield is a suicide skill but thanks to DW, you have three skills with invincibility frames. You can use them to make the skill worth it as the motion speed bonus is rather nice to have.

As a DW, amongst all the benefits (Self HP recovery, High AMPR, Fast MP Recovery, Invincibility, High DPS) there is one fatal flaw, your auto attack which requires that you take the following skills before taking any other skills to perform auto attack cancel as outlined in this video:

Skills to be taken first are:
    > Spinning Slash
    > Trigger Slash (lv6+)
    > Shadow Step (lv7+)

    Suggested Combos:
    1) Spinning Slash > Shadow Step (Save) > Trigger Slash (Swift)
Auto Attack Cancel Combo so as long as you do not use the directional pad to move, you will be able to cancel your attack attack anytime and with trigger Slash your AMPR will be boosted. With the right equipment, this is effectively 0 MP if you auto attack right after trigger slash.

    2) Reflex > Berserk (Save) > Rampage (Swift) > Flash Blast (Consec)
You can use combo (1) After using this combo to further boost AoE damage. The effect of flash blast physical proration is reduced by spinning slash.

    3) Astute > Shinning Cross (Save) > Shadow Step (Consec) > Phantom Slash (Smite) > Twin Slash (Swift)

    4) Cross Parry > Phantom Slash (Save) > Shining Cross (Consec)
A save yourself and restore MP Combo.

    5) Impact > Storm Reaper (Smite) > Shadow Step (Consec)

    6) Impact > Shining Cross (Smite) > Shadow Step (Consec)

DW simply has too many available combo variants to post them all with most focused on utility rather than pure offense. All I can save is experimentation is key when working with a DW to see which playstyle suits you best.

    Build Pros
+ Completely self sufficient, no drawbacks.

    Build Cons
    - Extreme learning curve
    - Not suitable to low end devices
    - May get you kicked out of parties
    - Constant movement means you can get disoriented
    - Requires maintenance of at least 1 MP bar in case of emergency.

    Notes:
~ DW is really tricky to build for pure offense but not impossible
