Can't create Asobimo account

    I started playing on Dec. 16th. I lost my character due to the fact of having to reset my tablet and not knowing I couldn't get it back with my google ID. So I just created a new character and tried to register the account with the little icon that shows up at the top right corner during log in (has the robot head). When I try it tells me "Failed to connect because of maintenance." I've tried it on several occasions with the same result. Is there another way to register so I don't loos this characters information?

    yeah i think u are able by putting on internet Asobimo accounts or something like it.That meassage is usual when u have bad conection,i had it a few times too

    I restore my device (android) to factory and lost my characters. Its says something that characters created before dec 2017 can be restore. Its not my case. I created mine just few days ago.
    I've lost my character for ever?
    If it is how it work is just unfair.
    Well...Im trying to register an asobimo's account. I want not to get same problem again. But I can't.
    Make it easier and less confusing for everyone please! Like any other game in the market.

    If you created it just a few days ago and didn't register with Asobimo, then yes you lost them. I had 2 characters and lost both of them. Here's how to create an account so you won't loose your character(s) if you create a new one.

    I started playing in 2018, I didn't receive any e-mail from ASOBIMO after submitting my e-mail for ASOBIMO account. I have tried it for many times. Need help... :( (android user)

    Another way to register is after you create new account. Just follow this step to open those settings.
    • Menu -> Settings -> Account Settings
    You can register there with SUBMIT button in there. Email verification will be send into your email. If not today, it can be 2-3 days after you submit it.
