Can't Create In-Game Account

    Hi all.

    I just got a new device and re-downloaded the game on the new one and went to my old device with my game info so I could make an account in-game to transfer the info but when I go through the steps of creating the account and have it send the email confirmation I never get the email confirmation. I have tried it several times, each time making sure my email is entered correctly but I still never get that confirmation.

    Is there a bug or another route I could take? It just kinda sucks that I can't play without starting over on my new device.

    In email, please check on Spam place.
    If problem still occur, wait for 2-3 days
    If there is still..... Contact Asobimo / Toram Customer Service
