CANT GET BOSS XTAL USING ULTIMATE GEM RUN

    Hello, can I ask if its possible that you can't get xtal from ultimate gem run? this is already 100% SR and my friend still didn't able to get xtal not only on ultimate gem run but on SRD and Legend as well.. Or should my friend report this? thanks.

    if you die you dont get xta, since it affects the drop rate by alot. also dont use any other supplementary xta
