Can't Open Orb Shop

I was excited for the one orb only for first try for any avatar chest buuuut I already retried three times and even accessed it through check campaigns.

It still doesn't work. They say there's a problem with my internet connection but, my internet connection isn't that slow.

I need to try those avatars out... XDDDD

I just might try again tomorrow ;-;

 

I cant get in to orb shops too.. sad

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one. XD So then I hope they fix it *^*

If they don't fix it before the event ends, they better give free orbs mehehe

 

More people has this problem too. It's either a bug, or aso is trolling us

Same for me, it freezes my screen a few seconds after pressing the green Orb Shop button, sometimes my orbs will load up there, but sometimes they won't. I've had to restart the app 5 times now and there's just no way to load the avatar shop. I'm sure they'll fix it as soon as they detect that they aren't having a single sale.

 

Same it fucks up for me I advice u report to them so they can extend it for tomorrow since this is effecting a lot of people

Maybe they still maintenance the all avatar chest 1orb event

 

They gave the news too soon then. It ruined my excitement. XD

 

Forgot to mention something strange. After crashing in the orb shop, once I restart the app I get a message that says "Failed to Authenticate" then I need to force close it and reopen for it to let me in.

It happens to me too. Restarting over and over again but still the same freezing my screen..

And became too laggy in sofya

 

I encountered the same fate

 

Been having this issue since yesterday. Got lucky once and was able to buy. But not today. Game keeps freezing when i try opening the shop.
