Can't Open Orb Shop

Mine is fixed! Yay! I'm even at the mall with crappy internet connection! Hahaha

 

I'll give the avatar chests a try when I get home... Cause I might lose my three (lol i'm poor) orbs to disconnection. ;-;

 

Not working for me yet but at least they are doing something about it.

 

Ohh I hope they fix everyone else's. So I don't have to be enslaved by Lefina. .... *shivers* Oh the horror.

But yus! I'm happy that they didn't disappoint their customers lol.

 

I got Precaria's error a few minutes ago. But i was able to access the now after maybe 5mins. It's working now. Should be up for everyone in a few minutes.

But now when I go to the Avatar menu to equip what I got (character preview) it freezes there... -.-

 

Ouch.. I got crappy avatars so i recycled them immediately. Lol. I did try the wedding hat ava and it didn't freeze. Aso just koves its little bugs. Smh...

It is. I have experienced this back in the 2 million download I believe. I'm pretty sure I got my Red Camellia Costume Top by doing 1 orb. And if not then it was 3.

Works for me now.

 

My problem still didnt get fixed when the orb shop issue was settled.. but my game is working good now.. what I did was to change my linked email acct to another.. confirm then change it back to the original and reconfirm.. annoying popups are now gone.. just a tip guys in case u need any workarounds in the future.. but am still sad coz i didnt get any wedding ava top or bottom with all the orbs i spent on it T.T

 

I only waited for five minutes to let it be fixed again haha.

I contacted customer support and they told me to look in the forums. Cant they do thier job and adress us and work with us to fix the problem? Lol
