Can't Start A New Game

How do i reset the game so i can play a new one cause most of the rpg i play usually they have a delete system or reset system.But so far i can't find a way to do that.

 

Only way to "reset" the game, to start a fresh character is by logging on with a new account.

For Android users:
Go to system systems
Select app setting
Tap on Toram apk
Choose "clear data"
When you open the game, it'll give you option to sign in using a different account(assuming you already sync another to your device).

Not sure about iOS devices, maybe you can do something similar.

 

I'm using ios nw.I saw someone say that we need to reset to factory setting and do a new icloud account.Is really wasting time and using different kind of email account.I just hope that the creator of the game do something about it.Hopefully they came out with a reset account or just a simple system that can restart a new game.

 

How you feel is understandable, but you can't blame the developers. If you want to play the blame game, then consider this..... Why is it that Android users can easily switch between multiple accounts, whereas iOS users can't? It's how the operating systems are setup. You can have multiple accounts sync'd to an android device.

 

I don't blame the developers but i just hope they can look into this kind of matters.This is the best graphic and gameplay that i want to play so hoping thsy the developers will do something about it for meantime i'm gonna play other game XD

 

Why exactly are you trying to make a new account? Can easily delete a charater using the parameter options. Only reason I can think of is for name change? Why the need for a name change?

well I can totally understand for a new username or prohaps just want to re live the main story (prohaps did not read story and wants to)

 

Ah yes, I'm suspicious of people making new accounts. I'm not blaming him, but most want name changes due to the fact that they did something wrong. So they need a new identity.

For me I wanna delte my account on my iOS. Reason I used up all may stat reset and no luck gettin the reset book on The treasure chest. Even though I already have all lvl 45charcter .

If I start another character on the same account, does that mean I have to re-adjust my stats since it shares the same items etc?

 

New char in the same account will only have same item. The stat and skill will have their own build.

 

I want to aswell i deleted my main and all thise badge stats and skill points are wasted... Things you cant get back.

 

Slightly off-topic but can I just address a problem regarding of account issues? My sibling was playing the game but accidentally removed her main avatar by accident so she had to start again but anyway that isn't the main point. Because she has two devices and when she was introduced to the game she signed up on her mobile device but had difficulty issues because her text and graphics were all pixelated on her mobile. We thought perhaps it was because her device was an old model but she kept her account on her mobile device with the graphics and text complication hence the crashing and blackout issues. THEN she got the game on her IPad device however this time she was made to sign up and create her avatar again but she was able to claim the same username as the one on her mobile? I have no clue as to why she has two accounts on two different devices with the same username but she wanted me to share this feedback. She didn't really change her account settings on Toram so that she can log in etc but each time she goes on both devices they are entirely different accounts but with same username?

 

Sure you can, the decision to not have a server responsible for handling user accounts was a decision made by the developer - other MMO's like Pocket Legends actually got it right and have login credentials on app start like any other MMO. While the approach that Iruna and Toram uses for accounts works well on Android since its linked to an email account (smart), instead you have a fatally flawed and frankly stupid mechanism of chaining the user account to the device on iOS. That would be like if someones WoW account got erased because their hard drive crashed and they forgot to mirror it prior to failure.

Not saying Toram or Iruna are bad games, but the user account implementation on Apple products, to put it lightly, sucks. In no way has the infrastructure of iOS prevented other developers from implementing better solutions for user account management rather than cheaply pawning it off to iTunes or iCloud lol.

 

The Only way for ios to remedy this is find another device that hasnt got the game d/l make a new character skip tutorial... Go to account settings save it to a valid email address and verify it through the email recieved then log into it to your prefered device... Worked for me. Tip use someone elses android device easier to erase memory... So you can use again. If your the only mobile user in your household, sucks to be you.

I messed up my stat/skill initialisation on my main account, so Chillax bruh. I Got IOS and The issue is, you can create multiple characters on different email addresses on other games but on same software Platform. The developers should seek a way, that's legit.
