cant touch the king [lurking evil]

Hello, im in the middle quest in main story
chapter 4 : the creeping shadow
after i defeat "crader", i return to town,
but i cant click or touch the king to finish this quest, is this some bug or something ??
ill apreciate if someone help me

 

exit boss and change to difficult easy and tap menu comminty party and call friend merc

Well, I suggest like this :
1st : open Menu > Character > Quest > Story Mission
Make sure it is step if you must speak to the King Elbano. If no, follow quest. If yes, please follow the step next. (If you confused, please send the screenshot of it)
2nd : try exit palace and go inside again. If can't, exit El Scaro and re-entered town once again. If can't restart the game. If still... (o.o), reinstall game.
3rd : last, if all can not, try to use "contact us" in Toram menu to contact Asobimo and tell about it
