Chaning channels

    Hi fellow adventures,
    I have a question more of an problem too. Is it possible to switch to english channel? I have tried everything i could think off. Vpn, proxy, changing country in google play and still nothing. Are they busy with an update to fix this becuase i am in a guild an most of them play on the english channel.

    Errrr menu >Settings > switch channels > 2nd tab then press English World

    Just click Select World and you should choose English Server

    Yeah, my friend also encounter this issue when he made new ID after last maintenance... Does it have anything to do with location when download/creating Toram ID? For now Im scared to change into international channel...

    Well I did that tomaking a new id maybe in the hope that I can change to english but same thing

    The reason u may not see it is because ur either not in Europe or USA, some countries have IP block so international is only available

    Hey !
    I have the same problem, I cant seem to change 'worlds', cuz the English world does not exist for me. (Even tho Im in Austria, the country next to Germany, which is clearly in Europe.)
    For this reason, I want to reinstall the app, for safety reasons I tried to Asobimo, but when I try to register (for the first time!) they say I shall check my stuff because something wrong. I checked my Email adress like 3 million times (I'm not stupid man, I know what my email is...) and there was nothing wrong with it.
    Can anyone help?
    Also if I deinstall without Asobimo, will my char be saved? Prolly not right :<

    I have seen this same issue from a different thread. Anyways, have you tried clearing the Apps cache and cookies? If not, here's how:
    • Go to your phone settings
    • tap App Manager
    • look for App and tap
    • either tap clear cache and cookies or clear data.
    Try to re run the game. If that doesn't work then contact the Dev. It could be a bug or restriction.

    Hey! Ty for ur reply. If I clear data, my chars will be deleted right?
    Cuz I cant seem to save them via Asobimo

    Rule of thumb. If the game devs has a sole server for the log ins once data is cleared you need to log in with your account with them (which ever email address you used to for sign up). If the game uses Google Play account to sync with the log ins then just click on the G+ icon to retrieve your account rest assured you wont be loosing any data. Well fortunately toram uses G+ for logging in.
    I will be doing a quick guide on troubleshooting with screenshots for so stand by ;)
