Characters not on account.

So all of my characters are gone. I am logged into my account linked through asobimo but this happened after I deleted my game when I switched to a new email and linked that one. Very disappointed but is there anyway for them to fix it. I was a day one beta player….lost a “lot” of stuff. It is for sure deleted because I can create another character with the same exact name. I never shared my account information with anyone either.

 

once your game is linked to an asobimo account (with an email adress) you cannot undo that link.
when you uninstall the game (or logout of your asobimo account) you can recover your game data by logging into your linked asobimo account (with that email adress).

if you linked up with a new email adress you created a new account. regarding the availability of your username, names are unlocked when an account hasn't been used for a long time.

 

The problem arises upon linking a new email to the account. Aso may delete your ign due to inactivity, but will not touch the characters and progress that you have. Try logging in with your previous registered email, or can always ask Aso for a workaround in this issue. Goodluck recovering your account! ^_^
