    i wanna ask abiut def on talisman, its very important to have talisman with high def? since some talisman def only around 0 ~ 10 def.. and unrefineable..

    Super late on this, but that effect on Dazzle is actually wrong. Couldn't find anything in the case of us getting Dazzled, but I did update my DPS thread about it:

    Is the flinch resistance duration of a boss apply to my party too?
    Example-
    My party used flinch skill then i use flinch skill too.
    Will the boss resist my flinch?

    I'm asking, what equipment (sword, armor, xtal, accessories) that increase evasion?

    This is what i have:
    Assassin's Garb (light remodelle) 15% + 10%
    Light armor (skill) 10%
    Mole eyes 10%
    Reflex 30%
    Total 75%

    There's also lvl 2 light armor skills for another 10% evasion
    There are also a lot of knives which gives evasion.

    Evasion Rate cannot be increased beyond 75%, getting more would be pointless.
    but if you get Evasion Rate from skills, you don't have to get so much from gear ;)

    Yes, im thinking of dropping reflex for lightweight knife and lvl 2 light armor when i reach 120.
    That would give me 70% eva, just need to find a 5% eva OHS or potion for my eva-rampage.

    With lvl 4skills, most bosses are dead before I get to do 10 normal attacks ☹️

    is your calculation the same with other stat points like int>matk, dex> cspd, vit>hp
    what about the +dex, +int, +str how it affect your stats

    does +stat in item can increase potential in crafting?
    example
    +10vit.7℅vit> +1pot to armor?

    no, only your base stats are used for crafting.
    DEX from equipment does count towards the difficulty level increment of DEX, but it does not add potential.

    i'm a bit confused here, how does str% works in this formula?(assuming the character has 255 str)
    Total crit damage = (150 + STR/5) * (1 + Crit damage%/100) + flat crit damage stat

    assuming it's str+5%, it would raise your STR from 255 to 267,75. (+ stats are not included in %, but added afterwards).
    then you would get 53,55 crit damage from STR at that point.
    if there are no crit damage % multipliers, the number won't change and t will be rounded down to 53.
    but if you do have crit damage % stats, the 0,55 will be included in the calculation and rounded down afterwards, at the very last step.

    so this strX% works as i thought it does, still i don't get what you meant by that false theory. Is there something I'm mistaking with?

    it's an old post, i don't know why people quote it so often :p
    the math is basically the same, it's just the decimals are carried over until the end. back in the day people believed that all values are rounded down immediately and that was the false theory.

    assuming you get 3atk from STR, STR+1% with 100 STR raises your atk by 3.
    with the wrong theory (no decimals) it would have no effect with 99 or less STR.
    but actually, it increases atk by 1 with 34 STR and by 2 with 67 STR.

    Pssst red.. i wonder if MNT stats can increase status ailments damage..
    Like increasing burn damage.. or longer duration of freezing effect..

    Coz actually not many people do further research about ailments status, so i’m kinda curious . _.)a
