Confused item drops?

    So I have two photos showing the same drops but different things happen. Anyone have a clue what happen?

    that happens, when i was farming xstal boss i always got irogeon, the first one happens at random cause it speacial item and first one u get does it. but it happens uther times as u keep getting more.

    Better check if one of them got dye. At best, that is the situation. Some weapon dyes stick to the app of low level bosses coz they are low level.

    Eerie Crystal's weapons are "rare" by default, so they drop with red banner.
    but if you break parts, their drop rate increases and they become "uncommon", dropping without red banner.
