Connection Error (end)

Newbie here, I can't log in. Try login few time, now got "login restriction (code:007)" when using APN.

 

Ok login restriction solved, but this notice keep pop up and i can't log in game. Help.

 

connect to a stable network (preferably wifi, first login comes with a big download).
and try again at a different time of day.

 

Full bar 4G still cant log in. Is this just me? Ok will try again next day.

 

Trying reinstall, not working, not even let me download anything.

 

Try turning on/off flight mode for a few seconds. If it doesn't work, switch between wi-fi and mobile data (when download starts, you can go back to wi-fi). Also, you might want to check your email if there's any notice from Asobimo. (https://en.toram.jp/information/detail/?information_id=5294)

A friend also had this same problem. They could login just fine with their home wi-fi, but when they went out and played Toram with another wi-fi, the game wouldn't let them in. I think it has something to do with certain ISPs or IP addresses? Not sure, though.
