Create Equipment LV5 vs LV10 differences?

    What'd the difference between LVL5 and 10 for Ceate Equipment? I want to save precious skill points.

    1% success rate per lvl… apparently.

    Taken from Coryn Club Smith Guide:
    "Assuming Create Equipment skill is maxed, crafting success rate(%) is calculated as follows:
    succes_rate = 10 + player's_difficulty - item's_difficulty + (STR/10)"

    Also have to have 10 skill points in both Create Equipment skills for the +10% base potential gain.
