Creating a New Character vs Creating a New Account

Hi! So I'm a level 48 archer, and I'm wondering whether it is better to make new characters or to create an entirely new account. I'm probably going to just make a new character for blacksmith, but for something like a swords class I'm considering just making a new account because you can't do main quests which give lots of stat/skill points. I want my classes to be as strong as possible, is it true that new characters just cap lower than new accounts? Thank you!

 

Every char you create after the first one will automatically get all the quest/achievement received kill/stat points on the new char, which means that you will start with many skill/stat points straight upon creation they're not lost

Oh by the way there's no new cap on new chars
