CSPD% CAP?

I just want to ask if +100% cspd is the cap?

100% cspd = 100% of base stat cspd
1000% cspd = 1000% of base stat cspd

as to all other % related stats

maximum cspd is 10k, but you can go beyond that. it just won't increase further, but will be considered for negative cspd.
so equipping Queen Staff when you have 20k cspd, you will still have 10k like before.

however, -100% cspd will completely erase your base cspd, so only flat increments from skills and equipment will be counted.
having more than -100% cspd will also negate positive cspd% stats until you reach a number greater than 0%.

100% cspd doubles your base cspd. if you have 150 cspd because you don't have DEX, you will have 300 cspd.

flat cspd is good for low DEX, % cspd is good for high DEX.
1000cspd is the most efficient. it lowers cast time by 50% and shirtens MP Charge by 1 second.
after that it gets less efficient, so you either need a lot or leave it.
