Dagger elements affecting knuckles?

With the newest Candela event and recipes, there’s a light element dagger that provides +25% damage to neutral and a bunch of crit rate+/%. I know that subweapons like MDs don’t use their stats or elements, but what about daggers?

Besides the dagger stat bonuses, will I somehow get light element on my knuckle attacks? Or does dagger element only affect dagger skills? I haven’t invested in that tree, so there’s not much use for me there.

Although if hidden arm has the chance for elemental damage to be associated with it, I might pick it up.

Anyway my question about dagger elements still stands, if there are any elements daggers in the game at all xd

 

You mean the 1h lol. Its op 1h for neu and dark bosses^~^. Try craft one big atk and refine it higher you can.

 

Daggers dont have elem bonus in stats sadly.

 

But if they did, They should carry over the element to your basic attacks, Like how you have people who custom stat bows and bg sometimes with an element, added with the elemental arrow (Although now, the primary weapon element may be overwritten due to shot skills, but Dual elements have been confirmed possible)
