    Wait so that means if our teams all warriors then our physical skill woulc be inefficient if we are not careful? Wow so a balanced party is important!

    That might be a great idea.
    Dunno how it works too but my mage's Wall damage became OP if I wait a bit longer for those swordies to attack the boss. Also my mage's Holy Punch became OP too when I'm in all mages party.

    No, Squid. You... Might be right, but if you are, you worded it terribly. I'll add this to the top post in a moment, but first...
    Damage dropoff is per-monster. If your mage casts arrows on a monster and you punch the same monster after, your punch will do more damage (unless the monster has a ratio of 0% for the type of damage you are dealing.)

    Oh so ok i get it now, it affects WHOLE party but on a single monster, so it wouldnt really matter if ur farming skels, but if ur bossing then its important that the whole party is using a balances type of attacks, is this right?

    Yep, that's how it is. If you're a low damage team, it may be useful for farming, honestly, but then you're probably doing something wrong and need to fix your build in that case. ^ ^;

    Not really inefficient. But if your party keeps on spamming skill and dont use normal attack then yes!

    Thank you! Always wondered if it affects the whole party or individually.

    Nice info sir,you are doing great
    But, I have a few question :
    - In party, if I cast some magic, while the the cast not finished and someone hit it by physical skill immediately, which one applies damage drop off first?
    - When using combo, is a long chain, let say physical, skill combo counted as only 1 skill or not?

    Physical skills will get lower first because they are instant and magic dmg will increase, if u have 3 warriors there physical skills and autoattacks will tend to be abit lower and magical dmg will continue to increase, the dmg drop off is infact called Proration, using the same type more then others will result in other types doing more dmg, the types are autoattacks, physical attacks and magical attacks, as urself being a mage if u want to maximise ur dmg pt with 3physical types, tho if ur solo or with other mages use a physical skill as a combo starter, but adding more skills into a combo will slow the combo down and imo 3skill combos are best

    Well, it's been over a year since I made the thread, and it's been a similar amount of time since I stopped playing Toram. If I can get myself to go back and play it again and also get to a high enough level to test for the higher level monsters, then sure. If high level people can test it and give me the results so I can post it, that'd work, too. I kinda just hopped back on this forum randomly today, so I'm not even sure if I'll come back, though... ^ ^;
    Well, if I ever do come back to playing Toram, I'll try to update the info in my threads, of course.

    Confirm base on my test/experience.. (Feel free not to believe)
    i got to agree that if u constantly use same attack the dmg drop. to counter this do more (Normal attk) until u notice your normal dmg no longer do high attaks (ex normal atk 2kup high by doing constant dmg of normal atk u will notice Ur normal no longer gets 2kup) next just hit ur dmg skills. . ( Can be just ur main dmg and or combo-) . And if u get lucky to use magic as normal its better-

    Hoo yeah- Get Battle skills whack and Concentrate.. these skills helps u dealt low Dmg/meaning u dont increase much the Boss/mini boss def. (Unless ofcourse if ur normal is magic and ur main dmg is Physical.. ^^ ) u sooo dont need those skills:D

    This thread is 8 months ago and everyone is already aware of 'damage drop-off' or commonly known now as 'proration'.
