It's a physical skill that doesn't crit so it can and will probably miss most of the time.

After 10 use, it won't reset the timer anymore.

30 seconds, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10. You'll get around 3 minutes and 3 seconds if you wait at the last second before recasting.

 

for dark stinger's additional skill rate, is it rounded down?

 

Yes

 

Almost everything in toram is rounded down T-T

 

Question, for dark skills, it seems like the red "casting" animation before releasing the skill can't be shortened with faster motion speed? Is it not a skill animation? I fell under the impression that since they don't have casting time, we can shortened it by motion speed/agi.
