i read some posts "devoted nature pet take aggro much better than other nature" so i test it with impulsive nature using rage attack lvl 1 as the main skill. after i test it, devoted nature only cast 1 rage attack skill to take my aggro from monster after i aggro it, while the impulsive need to cast 2 rage attack or higher to take my aggro. so, how's the devoted nature works?

I'm not sure nature has anything to do with aggro, but it might be depend on pet's action. You know pet can have up to 5 actions for both attack and skills, right? I mean the one with 100% power but faster action, and the one with 200% or 300% power but slower action.

you mean higher attack rate = higher attack power & aggro?
but i set both of my pet to 300% attack rate, devoted nature take my aggro on first hit of rage attack.

Interesting. Did you test it multiple times? Are both being the same pet with the same type of damage?
You might want to move it here: https://toramonline.com/index.php?threads/pet-natures-chart.36499/

it seems that devoted does higher aggro is just a false rumor. I found this vid about devoted aggro last week:

The more often your skill procs, the more aggro you generate.
If your pet attack rate is high, the action is slower, that means less aggro generated. If your pet attack rate is low, the action is faster, that means more aggro generated.
I'm not sure the exact rate, but let's say 300% attack rate will only proc 3 times in 30seconds, while 267% attack rate will proc 4 times in 30seconds. 267% attack rate generated more aggro in 30seconds.

    Devoted nature has +300% aggro.
Devoted pet makes 100MP skill 400 aggro point.
Rage attack is 100 MP skill.
Rage skill makes 100 and 25 × skill level aggro, and devoted makes it 400 and 100 × skill level aggro.

Is it true? Then I've got to work my tank pet from scratch. Not that I have the time to do it anyway.

If pet's affinity is high, it's true.
Affinity affects pet nature buff so aggro of the devoted pets may decrease if affinity is low.
