Do inherited skills from pets level up? (fusion question)

    I just realized there isn't a progress bar for them. Do they level up or stay the same rank from when it was inherited?

    I herited skills can never level up. But they can be inherited at max level(hence called the "legacy" skill). You can keep passing it on to other generation down the line. But a sad truth still is you can only get 1 inherited skill from each parent.
