Does fighter's high still work?

I recently noticed that The regenerative effect on fighter's high has stopped working, like the bonus regeneration that you get every few ticks still works, but the special regen doesn't.

 

Ain't it a small amount during battle? Maybe you're not seeing it? Idk, it's kinda useless imo

 

No, I mean the other regeneration

 

It's still working but not as great as before. ^_^

 

Do you know how to trigger the effect?

 

the massive regen was a bug, where natural HP regen was activated in battle by cancelling your own attack.
the big regen still works outside battle, since it's natural regen.
fighter's high is a small regen inside battle.
it works just like regera, but instead of adding a set amount of hp, it adds a % of your max hp.
raising the skill level, increases that %.

 

Yeah it the attack cancel regen doesnt work anymore
