Nope even if you have 5 ailments on boss it will do same damage as 1 ailment.
Strike stab is broken as hell rn with 1 ailment already you dont wanna make it any more powerful.

    logic:
In that case, people will soon start one shotting bosses. we can inflict freeze, dizzy, blind, paralysis, slow, stun, tumble, flinch, poison, ignite, sleep, stop, knock back, armor break, lethargy. that would make it 32768x bonus damage if each aliment doubles, and 16x damage if it is added instead. the game will be narrowed down to two classes- strike stab DPS and status inflicting tanks. these should be at least a hint of balance. crit halberds are already quite powerful, easily in the top 3 DPS(H.smash is unreliable, and fus are not good with poration). giving them this would mean the other classes should receive an insane buff, killing early game. only place I'd do this, if ever was during 150 cap.

    Do it anyways

Kinda forgetting that alignments only last a few sec on bosses, so you couldn't in flick that many anyway.
Let's just boost ALL the skills, do can 1 shot all the bosses :3

you are forgetting the pace at which the game goes, and besides, even if you tried it, you can land strike stab anytime during the status spam and easily hit 4 ailments.

They'll add a new game mechanic to bosses. Reflect counter on statuses, and suddenly you'll see the HB or sniper slide on their knees

That would certainly be relieving, lot of people are getting DPS crazed in this game.

They have the reflect ability in game, just a matter of time before we see bosses with it.

Rise of Fu builds = rise of boss interrupt counters on tumble, stun and flinch. "pls don't tumble, flinch stun"

Rise of burst damage = rise of 100% reflect, "pls don't status boss" salt engaged.

Theres already bosses that counter burst damage.
First one was ecb who constantly guarded for 12sec if hit by a burst move (more than 3% of their maxHP)
Second one was scrader who hits much harder and faster if hit by a burst move.
Most recent one is memeco which has same mechanism like scrader.
Both of them turn red too when hit by more than 3%.
Bosses never countered ailments like slow, stop, poison and I think they never will.
