Dragon Witch Xtal: AMPR -100%

    Is this only applied to your AMPR's base? So with 2000mp you lose 20AMPR?

    The Xtal drops from Zarth, it would make sense that the break is from his difficult dragon-like-head part; its middle break slightly top-left facing him. Does anyone know what break side is required for the Xtal?

    actually it should drop from Jeila's minion.

    ampr% only affects base ampr.
    so with -100% you have 0 ampr, if you don't use ampr boosting gears or skills.

    Isn't base AMPR based (pun intended) on your maxMP as well? Say, you had 2000 MP, your base AMPR would be 30 (I believe base AMPR is 10 + maxMP/100).

    Edit: I was wrong. x - 100% is always 0.
