Dual wield wind slash (unsheath atk)

It's cool our build is almost the same we have the same unsheathe damage I think charging slash is related to agi but how much? Because I have full str 255 rest dex 83 and 1 agi stat ? I did 44 ×2 mostly some times 47k,46k each hand
And I think your charging slash will boost with goouva xtall and better equip XD
Because I remember with and without goouva the damage will be around 8k each hand difference in damage with charging slash
