Entered someone else's account

I just downloaded the app for the first time last night but I kept getting disconnected immediately. I never got to the make character screen nor did I even get to start playing. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it today to try.

It loaded up and....... I'm a lvl 19 chara with someone else's name ;;;;;;;
What is going on? I tried to redownload it and it's still logged into this person's account.
How do I make a new account? I don't wanna accidentally be a hacker LOL

You'll never know,maybe someone might have posted that they can't login here,and that may be the cause.

 

The only possible explanation is that you're a sleep hacker.

 

It started with M.. Maxxxx something I can't remember the exact spelling.
I made a new apple id just to redownload the game but lo-and-behold I was still stuck with this Ma person =\ I've deleted the app. -sigh-

 

You should just use that persons account, say its yours....

 

I was going to, but when I went in later to look they leveled up and the character was in a different place, so they're actually active........ .-.;;;

Have you tried going to menu > settings > account settings > logout? o.o

 

Are you sure no one else has used your Play-Store/App-Store account to play the game?

 

If the email its yours (you made it) the account character and everything its yours,write to toram support and try know what u can do to avoid they hack your account

 

I'm on iphone so it didn't ask me to key in any email etc. I just dl'd the game and it immediately booted up the town/lvl 19 chara. I used the contact page on the official site (the one that's only in japanese), and they replied telling me to use the contact form from within the app/acc instead. At that time I already deleted the app so I didn't bother.

Yup, pretty sure. It was the first time I "purchased" the app from apple store. If it has ever been dled with this account, it would've shown the dl from iCloud, though it did get me wondering if my provider lied to me about this being a new phone... since it looks like Toram binds your account to the device for iphones?

Yup, first thing I did. Didn't work ._.; I was still stuck with this fella.

 

Update: I got my android-using pal to make me an account with their phone, and I've successfully transferred/logged into this.
