Equipment Stats, which is much better now?

Hi I just came back from playing this game, it's been a year since I last played and there has been some several changes that I noticed on the equipment stats. I'm just wondering, what is the best stats that an equipment should have on the armor and weapon? Thanks if someone could answer.

 

1. What job are u playing? like mage, ohs swordfu, katana, or tank?
2. What do u like ? DPS, survival, all? or support?

 

best stat will always be elemental
