EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SNEAK ATTACK.

Well my Combo is Moeba-Smoke Dust(Save)-Sneak(Swift)-War Cry(Consec)-Impact(Consec)-Snipe(Smite)-Reflex(Swift)
I usually start with Auto Attacks and let my Team Mates draw Aggro with their skills then I use Sneak Attack into my Combo or just use my Combo (Either way the outcome was the same) everything is fine so far but as soon as War Cry is off.. Bam! I draw the Aggro and I use Auto Attacks afterwards but that doesnt matter cause I already got the Aggro after War Cry. Maybe I have made some obvious mistake but I just dont get it..

 

Your combo not only has war cry but also reflex. Reflex bypasses sneak as well I suggest change to holy fist or smash swift.
Also if you didnt use sneak once before using the combo first time both moeba and smoke will generate aggro as well which is quite a lot tbh.
My suggestions:-
--Remove reflex
--Use sneak before using the combo first time in battle.
--Remove war cry or equip gears with -aggro in them like dark knight amulet or beast collar.
--Party with a tank that knows how to aggro and is not just a pdef spammer. Alternatively if the tank is using guardian lvl10 stay close to them to get aggro-90% buff.
--If everything fails stop using smoke :') nothing else can be done.

 

Okay... thank U... maybe i reset Sneak and degrade it to a Combo Filler... but I still dont get i mean Reflex cant generate any Aggro if its not used yet right?... But War Cry is the trigger as soon as i use it i get the Aggro, before Impact, Smite or Reflex even activated.. And i did use Sneak right before the Combo too...but it didnt work I already have Aggro before Impact, Snipe and Reflex after War Cry... could u pls explain how the Aggro works with War Cry if Sneak is used beforehand? ;-;

 

Hmm it also depends on your party. I suggest partying with a pure tank that has decent aggro generation.

Also I forgot to mention you need to auto attack once before manual using sneak (Yep it is complicated af) if you dont auto attack sneak will not register on the boss so moeba smoke will generate aggro 200+100+500+200+300 that is a lot of aggro on your first combo cast if you indeed arent auto attacking before using sneak attack.

I Auto Attack 1 to 3 times before Sneak... welp... I guess I test some other Combos now. If it doesnt work then I will reset Sneak and get 9 Skill Points back xD
I will continue to use Sneak as Combo Filler tho xD

Definitely your party then.
Theres really nothing much you can do after that I still suggest trying with a pure tank that uses guardian stay near them to get the guardian buff which sharply reduces your aggro. I dont use sneak (kinda ironic coz I made a whole thread about it) I just stand near the tank while comboing I still never get aggro.
Other than that use -aggro gears like I said... Idk now I need know what your party usually consists of xD

 

Ya know, the secret is, dont use smoke dusk lol. It generates the hell of.aggro. so dont put sneak and smoke.dust in 1 combo.

 

Too bad I can't use sneak attack irl

 

from my experience those kiritoes just put full vit or some sh1t and spam phantom slash. if you are no kirito then do the DW sub ATK calculations.

 

Sneak is the best. I can have only 90 aggro pts in whole battle XD. Invisible af. I used it in duels

 

sorry for bad english..i thought that aggro depend on skill mp right? but sneak itself also cost mp 200 (bow /bowgun) n 400mp (other) ..so will the skill itself also produce aggro?

 

Yep It does.
Sneak is categorized as support so it generates aggro equal to its MP. Sneak can not cancel its own aggro.

Idk if it's a bug . We tested new bow skills and unfortunately sneak can't hide crossfire aggro and it's not affected by -aggro% gears. Maybe you're wondering why you have aggro lol. Sneak,crossfire save rip XD

 

Crossfire doesnt get affected by sneak but aggro- should work. Decoy bypasses sneak too which is a lot of aggro if you cast all of them together at once.

 

I tested decoy. Decoy is good with sneak.. but decoy normal atks eats sneak count.

Why is it that i see some people use sneak as combo openers and are still able to carry out the whole combo while when i try it out myself, the combo doesnt work?

 

Let them hit it 1st, then use auto, eventually sneak combo will work.

Imo not a good opener since it's 400/200 mp.

If I were to use it, I would cast it manually and have my combo end with it. ^_^
