Eyeball Ribbon +50% crit rate

Just finished my tier4 Halloween event, and went to Blacksmith to check out what kinda new gears we can create. First thing I noticed is the "Eyeball Ribbon" which gives +50% crit rate.
Am I missing something, or is that incredibly OP? Or do you think the low def and lack of other stats balances it out?

 

thats only 50% of your base critical so its only adds 12.5 unless u invest in crt stat

 

If it said Crit +50 without the % then you are correct.
It will only give you +50% of your base, so your base is 25 without anything, and your base crit rate goes up with the CRT stat. If you dont have anything in the crit stat, you will have 25+12.5 crit rate, which is much lower than the 25+20 from Shaved Ice Hat.
I can say though, with around 145 CRT you'll have 100 crit with just this add alone, this probably works best with Magic Crit builds since you need 400 crit for magic to crit 100%. Though, yet again, not worth it.

It's not the worst thing, but is definately not the best thing. At later level caps, it might become very very good (most likely when a very good staff comes around with high crit and we have more ways of getting up Crit Dmg)

 

Kitty something is more worth having than this add. +20 crit with no negatives is a plus and 50% crit is 12.5 or 12 without crit stat.

 

Takyaky head is better and more polyvalent, you can use it on non crt stat chars and on crt chars :
Crt +15 crt+30%
Bag has limited room -.-

 

Well damm thats very misleading. So flat crit is better than crit%, unless you invest in crit stat. Looks like I wasted 10 halloween stars

So Shaved ice hat or Takoyaki head the best crit options for a Bow pure Archer?

 

Shaved ice has crit dmg stat
Takoyaki is pure crit

 

Bear hat is enough for me. Food buff helps a lot. I have a Shaved Ice Hat with Gesp2 for crit resist boss.
