    Well, they answered your question about Shadow Step. The only thing left out was the mp cost change at Lv4 (?) from 400 to 300, and then again at Lv7 from 300 to 200.

    I prefer muscle talisman for more cdmg added. Thats my personal preference, tho.

    Increase range too, lv.7 is 9m I think (cmiiw), and lv.10 is 12m

    thx for the build its really helping newbie like me. btw i have a question i change a little bit ur 1mp combo, quick aura to reflect and for last skill i use hard hit is there some problem in my combo?

    Nope, it should still be 1mp as long as you kept the swift tags on those 2 skills.

    Hard Hit will lower the balance in proration though (original combo is 2 magical, 1 physical). Your combo has 2 magical, and 2 physical if I'm understanding correctly. Which means instead of steadily increasing the damage of your smited skill, it'll more likely stabilize it, causing you to need to prorate via auto attack more often to raise damage. This is how my combo reacts whenever I switch out reflex for Twin Slash/Cross Parry on harder hitting bosses.

    It can be useful to flinch some bosses. Though a lot of bosses react in a negative manner when flinched/tumbled or stunned. So keep that in mind when researching your combos so you can change as needed per situation.

    How about using strike stab? How would that work?

    Strike Stab isn't my Fortè, sorry. I know it can deal high on a dual wield, but it already has a high penalty to crit rate with 1h (-75% iirc), and coupling that with Dual Wield's negatives could be more harmful than beneficial. That's not to say it won't work. I'm just stating that it'd be a very difficult build to work with. You might be better off just sticking with Dual Sword skills for dps, as Twin Slash, Charging Slash and Phantom Slash are all able to hit 100k+, Charging and Phantom being able to hit 200k+ each from what I've seen.

    Got a question about add. gear. You've mentioned Gothic Hat with warmonger xtall. But why not Gothic Hat with twilight dragon xtall. Or even Dragon Ears with twilight dragon xtall. I've got almost everything I needed, but just can't decide what to get for add. gear.

    If you feel you have enough crate to suffice, then sure, switch out warmonger. But if not, then the only viable options are warmonger or Proto Leon.

    Been following your build and I have a one question, should I be auto attacking in between the 1MP combo or would it lower my dmg?

    You can auto attack, or spam, with that combo. Either way, the damage will increase. Auto attacking has the guaranteed benefit of recovering mp, though.

    Why put quick aura into the 1MP combo? Since it's the main spammable it seems like quick aura would be using alot of health.

    I'm currently working on making a character with this build, is gothic hat +13 okay to use? It's the cheapest slotted ATM.

    Sorry, I've been quite busy with work and school so I haven't had time to be in game, let alone check forums at all!

    @weebo You could replace it with another 0 mp cost skill that doesn't take long to use and it would stay 1mp, but Quick Aura adds motion speed when buffed as well. If you find yourself getting caught by boss attacks, then maybe that combo specifically isn't for you.

    @Rhatios16 That could work as a cheap stand in for the +15 Gothic hat, but you'd eventually want to upgrade if you want to max your c.rate.

    Once again, sorry for the late replies. I'll try to check regularly, but who knows with school and work occupying most of my time nowadays!

    - Stats at cap changed for 135 cap (Str 255/Agi 107)
    - Skills updated to 135 cap (Long Range updated to Lv.10/Whack added to Lv.10 [optional])
    - Build purpose updated
    - Added new gear options to Additionals and Specials
    - Added new crystal options to weapons and additionals
    - Added 'optional crystals' tab
    - Changed combo section to a tab for easier access
