    somehow anyone knows how to fix this for my friend lol? it pops out a message says
    Error.
    Failed to connect to the server
    Please contact us for more details if im not wrong.

    he exit the game at night but he left his character in chinese server. but he dint link any accounts so :/ he cant reinstall so he had this problem for hours but its been a day now lol is it server problem? his wifi is working good.
