Failed to connect to the server

Worst timing ever! It had to happen during Golden Week …

 

can we report it to asobimo?

 

Recently i got hit with this error too.
This happen when its 2 minute left for whale even,i started the match,then the seconds ticks all the way to 100.

Tested with emulator that my alt is fine,but when im trying to log inside main acc through emu,it gave me same error.
Already used vpn,doesn't work
Tested with new acc to enter event venue,strangely it function normally
I think there is something seriously gone wrong on Re Zero event venue during the last whale raid
Just wtf happens here

Can anybody relog after the server crash happened 40mins ago?

 

Take a look at this thread. White Whale event makes the servers too full. Probably something Asobimo didn't anticipate. Btw, I'm in Int1, and so far I've got no login issue. Maybe try to login 10 - 20 min before the raid begins, and not a few min before.

Either its the int server,or its the whale map that have the problem

 

I just got this problem today. Just after defeating the white whale, the screen loaded forever and the game didn't respond, so I forced close it, then open it again and the message "Unknown Error, Failed to connect to the server. Please contact us for details" appeared. i tried many things: clear cache, restart phone, reacquire data, reinstall the app, etc. but still got that message. I sent asobimo an email but they're still on holiday...
My other accounts are working just fine. Maybe the white whale event is really the problem.

 

Still can't login most likely lost my character to uninstall tried to make new one still same issue can't get past loading....(I miss my lost character.•°^°•.) edit: ps I got a Motorola E4 I think any please help ¶•¶
