[FIXED] Is Swift Pulse Blade gone?

Hi. My first post here.
I can't seem to activate Swift Pulse Blade. And yes, I know how it works. Swift Pulse Blade can only be activated with Nukiuchi Sennosen buff active. The buff can be gained with either waiting without attacking or sliding (require Nukiuchi lvl 10).
After the maintenance, I can't seem to pull it off. I've tried:
- Using Pulse Blade without combo with sliding.
- Using Pulse Blade with combo and sliding (tried Impact, Reflex, Adlib opener).
- Using Pulse Blade, waiting for Nukiuchi buff without sliding.
Bear in mind that I have Shuku and Nuki both at lvl 10. I've used the 4 free reset(cheapskate asobimo, btw), specifically to make Swift spammer. I feel scammed. I feel tricked. I feel backstabbed. And I feel quite possibly, bamboozled.
Anyone else find this issues? Is Swift Pulse finally gone?
