Gambling stat?

For armor and weapon, please help me

 

you can gamble as long as the succes rate is greater than 0%.
when you fail, your selected stats will randomly change.
usually they get lowered or disappear, but if you get lucky, negative values can turn positive.
if that happens, you get an awesome equipment piece that is normally not craftable
but since there is only 1 or a few "good" outcomes for failure and many many more "bad" possible outcomes, the chances to get a "good" one are really really really really really low. =(^.^)=

 

when u gamble stats:
x% chance of success:
you get the exact stats you put on it
if you fail:
one or more stats are randomly modified. it can increase, decrease or stay the same

 

Is there any tips for "stat gambling"??
Or is it pure luck? Cause i always get a fail when gambling, tho sometimes i get less nega. But most of the time, i get bad results.

 

Ive tried at least 10 gambles on a 74% success rate stat and all of 'em are failed (broken anvil) and at those 10 , 3 of em are failed but no changes in stat which I consider a success , 1 had one of its negative stat removed and the other 6 of em were failures in diff ways.

I personally think the success rate shown in a gamble stat is lower than what it really is.

 

Im not alone in "failing" then, lol.. The broken anvil animation always make me think i'm a bad luck person..

 

It is completely random. I've personally had terrible luck with statting. I've statted like 7 90%+ success rates of which 3 failed, and had the positive stat become negative.

 

I think the success % rate is applied one by one, like in mi7% on armor, you only have to gamble the 2 positive stats, the rest can go whichever way. So the more positive stats you want to gamble, the riskier. Cmiiw, this is just based on my observation.

 

Well it is random but not complely , It still follow the rule of "the lower the success % , the harder for it to succeed", and a simple evidence is the 10% gamble for the stat s7cd7cd11c11 , some people have tried more than 30 times but to still no avail have they succeeded.

My only problem is what does the success % actually pertain to? Is it for success anvil? Or does it include broken anvils too but no change upon the stat , that is what I'm so unsure about.

 

whichever it pertains to, I still had a 50% success rate on what's supposed to be 90%. get real aso
