Game Crashing (Zenfone 2)

Hi, i'm using Asus Zenfone 2 and I have been experiencing game crash (device not rooted). I tried reinstalling the game and now it doesn't load past the loading screen. I've seen similar problems in some forums but there are no replies as to why it is happening and how to fix it. Hope you guys can help me, thanks!

 

Just buy the asus zanfone 2 .. Same problem.. game stuck after pressing start on my asus ze550ml.. kinda feel bored right now... i dont know if this problem can be fix or not..

 

Still cant play.. hang on after press start.. help. T_T

 

Reinstalling the game worked for me. Although i also did reformat my phone just recently. Try clearing the cache, some say it works. I hope you get yours fixed soon!

 

Still hang.. feel very tired with install and uninstall sever times...

 

I still cant play any other solutions?

 

Buy a new device?

Anyway, I don't have a ASUS Zenfone2, but I did try to google and see what appears, this thread --> Magic Portal mentions an issue with RAM leak (I'm not exactly sure what that is but I think it could be the reason. I'm guessing it's something similar to me opening photoshop, illustrator and some other prog at the same time resulting in lag)

They mentioned some 'memory management' thing in that thread, I'll link it here too --> Magic Portal. Maybe you can try it and see if it helps at all.

Umm.. i try the method but its still the same resault hang after press start.. is the zenfone 2 really worthless to play this game.. sigh..

 

If needed to buy new device need to wait.. i cant afford to buy new device right now..

 

@youkei Have you notified the Toram people of your problem as well? Maybe they can advise you better on what actions you can take to try to solve it (and at the same time maybe let them be aware of this issue)

Not sure if this helps, but I googled some more and saw this somewhere else --> Magic Portal. Post #6 in that link has a few steps, maybe you could try that too (if you haven't tried them)
