I just started the game a week ago ~ and I like the game pretty much. I'm a bit frustrated though of all the bot spammers, making it hard to find friendly Strayes or asking for information about the game itself.
I'm currently playing alone, still trying to find my own playstyle and I think I won't find it that soon...
Currently aiming for 1H/Shield, hoping to be a strong Paladin one day and able to help new Strayes ~

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome ~ I'll try my best to fulfill certain hopes - if there are some.
Currently in eternal hatefight with Flare Volg (Damn, that boss has HP )
Though at latest now I feel the "grinding aspect" of lvling as it doesn't feel that rewarding killing a boss 5 lvls above mine.. and he's consuming so much time alone with 1H/Shield ~

For main quest, I'd say get a good mercenary (you can friend me if you need one) and escape the first boss battles, do bosses on easy mode. Any good attacker mercenary should kill the boss easily for you.

 

I somehow don't like fighting bosses at easy difficulty ~
1. barely or no loot
2. I kill bosses mainly to gain exp
But thank you verrry much for the mercenary information ~

 

If you're done with mq and currently farming bosses to get experience, go for bosses that are within +/-4 levels range of your level ^^ like at lvl100, 96-104 should give decent xp. (I prefer +/-3 for best xp amount tho) you'll get multiplied amount of what's the base xp of the boss nearer the level you are to it.
