    What are the material to create a guild?

    The items is called 「Proof of Unity」
    It's just some materials. Metal, Cloth, Beast, and Wood. You will need the skill 「Process Materials」 if you want to convert items into those.

    If you have a Synthesizer, you only need those materials. If you make one via NPC synthesizer, you need a bit of spina. Just a little over a hundred of each, practically free.

    the NPC Synthesist/Blacksmith can do that too.
    the conversion rate is a stable 90%.

    using the skill on your own character randomly yields 85-100% at lv1 and 95-100% at lv10, but is not necessary to obtaining those materials.
