Halberd stuff

Is this worth trying? I'm pretty new to this game but I was wondering if its possible to go Strike and Triple Kick ?

Halberd cant equip knux sub... should at least try equipping ._.

 

I actually just tried it once I posted, lol ...sorry I was going through all these threads and stumbled upon one with all the skills, and got excited and posted this. xD

 

The only martial skill worth taking for halberd is shell break coz (according to few) its proc rate is same with or without knux so useful for regaining 400mp

 

do you think its worth investing in, instead of quickdraw or something?

I've been so interested in halberd lately since I met a lot of players at imitacia who practically finish the fight in under 30 seconds with huge burst... I got to talk to a few and I got that they have a build that has "close" to base crit chance which I assume is maybe 25% - 30% but full STR and AGI stat with most of their gear towards huge crit damage. Although one of them said they had +S rank weapon with 2 slots >.< is this some sort of rich persons build, or is it accessible to all? lol

 

Those that have base crit only use punish ray to get crit. Their dps is nowhere near the dps of a full crit halberd.

 

Ahh I see, I think it might be somewhat similar to this but maybe just better geared? because they just spam impact and ray and strike (not sure what kind of build up or sub weapon tho) and kill boss in like 30 seconds.

don't attempt tkik on halberd as strike does way more dmg and less mp.. for halberd users atleast.. and as for impact i've seen halberd users w/impact but i don't really see it as worth it for halberd and it's best to avoid moves which u can tumble or flintch as of now

 

ss has a low mp cost and for me, getting impact is a waste (at least 22sp used to get no-cast impact).
those 22sp is better of somewhere.

 

Impact isnt used just for reducing mp to half, its also an instantaneous magic skill that can help stabilize proration by 1 lvl at least better than taking the useless 30atk gained from intimidating power or 14atk from godspeed.
