Heaven feather garb?

I have seen in a couple of reccomended halberd builds to get Heaven Feather Garb for armor due to its critical rate and damage stat, but when I tried to farm it I realised that the one dropped by Seele Zauga was entirely different, how do I get the Heaven Feather Garb used for halberd?

 

It's a player customized stat on a player crafted armor, the armor which is commonly *show off* by yeeetubers.

The boss drop is still a decent option if the player statted ones are too pricey for you. High hp, some mp, some atk% and resistance stats. Good all round armor.
Assassin garb is also decent to start off with and if you want more critical rate you can use lil empress dagger and seeles xtal on ring which is pretty cheap.

But ideally a good budget option would be a 2s adventure garb that's player statted. You can use it for all your physical dps characters too.
