Hi, I have a question about Heavy/Neutral/Light armor.

What is the main reason people upgrade their neutral armor to heavy or light?
I googled it increase some guard rate or avoid rate.
but does that upgrade give you huge number of that rate?

    and

    is this right information?
-you upgrade your armor as a heavy type, if you are using shield, 2H, or Halberd.
    -rest of them, Light armor.

    Light armor:
    -Increases ASPD
    -Increases dodge
    -Lowers DEF
    -Lowers MDEF
    -Increases evasion rate by 10%
    -Lowers guard rate by 10%

    Heavy armor:
    -Increases DEF
    -Increases MDEF
    -Decreases ASPD
    -Decreases dodge
    -Increases guard rate by 10%
    -Lowers evasion rate by 10%

Wether or not you choose light or heavy armor for a certain class is mostly a matter of personal choice. Some halberds may choose light armor so they can have more ASPD, dodge, and evasion (makes sense because AGI is their sub-stat and they have GSW), while others may equip heavy armor because they don't use their auto attacks often. For 2h users, light armor can be good for extra motion speed because of berserk, but heavy armor can be good because berserk gives you a ton of ASPD, so you could sacrifice some of it to have more DEF & MDEF. Some shield users can also use light armor if they don't care much about their guard rate and just want to attack more quickly. And mages, even though they are mostly attackers, typically equip heavy armor because they don't use their auto attacks very often, usually have a shield equipped, and benefit from the DEF & MDEF boost greatly because a lot of them go with an INT>VIT build.

Thank you for the detail info!

And If I'm right, you cannot go back to neutral or switch to the other type once you upgrade, right?
