Help crafting question:

I made BS.
Super excited to craft best potential weapons, best damage weapons.

I see on CB: highest dmg highest pot weapons are 4th Anniv weapons.

I make BS to craft those for my characters but: uh oh! I do not have recipe for these!

What is going on.
Do other people have recipe, and not me? Did i miss chance to learn recipe?
Do I have to wait 1 year until 5th anniversary?
Is there a trick or workaround to make these?
And how are others making and posting to CB. I see like 10 4th anniv weaps recently posted in a row all same maker same price look brand new out of the forge to me so how are they making them and how can I.

anniv weapon is limited time event recipe.
the one you see on CB is people save it from last anniv event.

 

Or craft yashiro equipments which gonna end this maintenance.

Gonna deal with the current recipes available atm aside from limited events.
