Help in highest dps for storm!!

Both, the first only gives 130% storm and the 2nd can make u lose dps because its a 4mp combo that would either make u run out of mp quick or manually using mp charge which will take away dps, tho only manually mp charge if u have under 2k hp, ppl get high hp for a reason so we can just stand there and fire out storms without worrying about being killed, if ur using a save combo make sure its like this, (opener), (save), (any tag), (any tag), (any tag), (storm smite), (any tag)
