I'm not sure you understand what the word cocky means. It means conceited or arrogant nature. @Subject was asking a simple question with not a conceited nor arrogant tone.

However, adding element is the Upgrade phase, not Creation phase. This means you'll need to request the service of a Tech bs after you buy them and give him the knuckles for him to add the desired element. Your knuckle will need to have a negative stat for this to be possible.
