Help Ooze Garb not at blacksmit

Hi I have completed story quest and yet still the armor does not appear in blacksmith shop. Anyone know how to fix this? I am also wondering if this is why I farm him for sooo long and not get the drop. but i did get xtal.

 

What level are you? Maybe it isn't there because your a lower level, it doesn't show up for me either because im only level 45 T_T

im at lvl 49 so is lvl 50 the lvl i need to hit? Thanks btw for replying to my post. and I am so lucky its my first xtal XD but I worked hard for it. Like luiterrally hours and hours trying for ooze armor.

 

I think you need to be level 55 to unlock the armor x3! You're welcome~
