help please

I've spent at least an hour or two trying to start from the very beginning, but every time I get on it puts me on the same account and character, any one have any suggestions?

 

assuming your game data is registered with an asobimo account:
settings > account > logout/disconnect.
the next time you open the game, it will ask to login or create a new account.
create a new account and don't forget to link it to a new asobimo account (requires a new email as well).

if you didn't register your game data on an asibimo account. simply uninstall the game and your game data will be lost forever.
there is no other way than to create a new account afterwards.
but the username of your old game will be unavailable for at least 6 months.
