[ HELP ] Strike stabs low dmg

Ok so i my loadout is
Spear:A7C121212+D
Arm:C7C121212 (Not refined yet)
Add:Gothic hat
Spec:Muscle talisman lll
All is NS

Help cause i only do 12-17k each strike stab, do i need to refine my stuff badly?Do i really need xtal or is it optional?I only want to deal just even 50k strike stab tho my stabs wont get higher and im crying. While my friend who is new to halb deals 50k+ strike stabs ;(

 

Proration is key... Do a few basic attacks first or party with only mages... Dagger-mage not included cuz throwing drains a lot from physical skills


Or you could use full cd gears and use punish ray before strike stab

Each xtal may seem to add only a little but together they could give tons more dmg

 

maybe u dont have ailment on enemies like slow/poison etc

 

yes i do like 8-10 basics and still SS only gives me 10k+ dmg and does not even reach 20k+. I was fighting a warmonger with a random party in nightmare mode and i only do 12k+ ss, while when i see some vids on youtube they do alot of damage and can easily solo it for less than a minute

 

Warmonger has extremely low proration rate even me can only do mostly 25-30k each strike unless I really prorate a lot.
Try 8-10 basic attacks at ms or some other mini boss.
Also what combo are you using?

im really short in cp (im lvling cp on warmo) like 8-9 cp only so i do flash stab>spikedart(save)>shellbreak(swift)>SS(smite)>Poison dag(Cons)
Im lvl 93 atm and its a personal combo i made i guess

 

You're at 110% strike with that combo

Try using a burst combo like Spike dart > Strike Stab (Smite) > Poison Dagger (cons) > Shellbreak (cons)

Also, warmonger has shite proration, it takes a million hits to increase damage even a little. Oh, and people who kill warmonger that quickly have overpowered gears, especially people in videos

Proration rate of warmonger low already but your combo isnt helping it any better.
Follow my steps:-
1.) Go to metal stinger.
3.) Use 8 basic attacks on it
2.) Ditch that combo and use this one instead [spike dart + quick aura(swift) + impact(cons) + ss(smite) + flash stab(cons)]
If you dont have impact then use spike dart + ss(smite) + poison dagger(cons)

And then see if you reach 50k

Flash Stab > Poison Dagger (save) > Spike dart (cons) > War cry (cons) > Quick Aura (swift) > Strike Stab (smite) > Holy fist (cons)

 

i tried the combo youve given before and its great!!!!i can solo now an ms and deal 40k+ ss tho i cant still reach 50k xD but ye ty

yap ty too!!!!it boosted my ss from 10k+ to 40k+!!!!!

 

Could be a couple things.
1. Ur combo
2. Get Xtals cause they doo make a diff
3. Elemental almost always does more dmg
4. Mayb Refine aswell xp.

ey man, its the combo the problem, the save damage penalty reduced my ss very low. But now i can deal 45k+ss
(deleted my halb it really was fun though im still looking for a class that suit my gameplay)

eh i made a bowgun char lvl 64 atm,im gonna switch to bow and im looking for a a7c121212+C bow trading it for my pgun a7c121212+C 1slot
