UP. Same question. STR TECH or STR AGI
How many str-tech allocation? Str-agi? What are pros and cons?

I think STR:TECH=2:1 will be better because the tech increase the potential most efficiently. But the halberd is a bit difficult to control as its attack speed is slow, so I prefer an attacker halberd with STR: (AGI or CRT) than a maker halberd. If u really want a maker, use a character slot to make a full tech is best.
    Those are my personal suggestion.

It's Strength and Agility~ I'm still finshing the process of capping the prof for my VIT smith rn, but a Halberd Smith is next (RIP Refiner :3) ~but stats are usually the same as what the game recommends~ I will try both eventually to see which works best, but for now:

    +255 Strength
+The rest into Either Agi or Tech

As far as we know, there isn't a difference- but to be safe, I'd stick with strength for now.

each 20 STR or AGI adds 1 pot

i have spear BS with AGI 250 60ish TEC

if u want to maximize pot with 240 AGI n rest STR, you will have less success rate in crafting

Thanks for confirming that~ btw :)

I think I'll just reference your experience with Agi everytime someone asks now :3

So basically Strength and Agi produce the same results~ though if you choose one, stick with it~ There is no point as of yet to attempt to add more pot via two stats~ +255 does just fine as of now~

if you want to focus in creating Spear/halberd BS, dont max your stat. instead put your stat at the maximum point in giving pot (i.e: 240 STR = 12 pot halberd while 250/255 STR also gives u 12 pot halberd, so its kinda a waste of 10 or 15 stats depend on your purpose)

Oh wow, never knew that! Now that you mention it, it does sound familiar~ In your opinion~ do you think it applies to all types of smiths? Or Halberd specificly? ~I'm about a button press away from buying a bunch of restat books :D

yup it applies to other smithn.
    Example :
    BS Magic Device (AGI/INT) > 20AGI/INT = 1 pot
    BS 1H/Bow (DEX/STR) > 20 DEX/STR = 1 pot
    BS Halberd (AGI/STR) > 20 STR/AGI = 1 pot

    BS Knuckle(AGI) > 10 AGI = 1 pot
    BS BG (DEX) > 10 DEX = 1 pot
    BS 2H (STR) > 10 STR = 1 pot
    BS Staff (INT) > 10 INT = 1 pot
    BS Arm (VIT) > 10 VIT = 1 pot
