Help with buying bows from consignment board

Dont really know all the features n stuff. Little help. So i was checking the consignment board for the first time n saw i could buy anything if i had enough spina i could buy any bow. There are bows ranged from low to super high prices. Like 100000. So i was checking out this ring bow for 15k. Should i buy it? But then i was wondering why other same bows are priced higher. N then i realised they have some extra stats like +5% crit rate n stuff like that. So my question is, Do those "extra stats" come originally or i can buy the bow without any stats and put stats on it?( i m not talking about adding crystas)
And lets say you get a bow from boss A. Do i get different bows each time i beat the boss? Or do i get the same bow everytime with different attacks but they originally dont have any extra stats?
PS- By different bows, i mean same bow but with diff stats like one bow has +5 dex, another has +5 crit or something like that

Player crafted bows can have stats added based on potential (The ones on board) and all have different atk. You can ask a statter player to add the stats for you, or make your own statter.

 

Ohh so should i buy this ring bow for 15k? I have a long bow atm n i m lvl 52. And what do u mean by player crafted bows? Can i craft a bow n use it too? how?

 

Every bow on the board is crafted by a player, they are tradable and you can add stats etc. A ring bow with no stats is useless even if it has decent atk, you can look for one with decent stats on it already if you have some cash, but it gets expensive.

 

so... just a warning - I'm far from an expert in these kinds of things ._.

anyway, pricing is usually based off of several things:
-attack (compared to base); using a ring bow as an example, base attack is 48. a ring bow with 52 attack will likely be more expensive than one with only 40 attack
-slot/no slot; slot is more valuable than the equivalent non slotted item
-stats; can range from a complete failure with all red/negative stats to generally useless for standard builds to varying qualities of useful stats, with +13 being most expnesive
-refine level (0 to +S); refine +0-9 doesn't really add value, while +S is around 12m with no slots

all the bows on the consignment board are player crafted and don't originally have stats added (stats are added by players and increase the value of the item)

bosses will always drop the same type of bow, but you won't be able to sell/trade it as is, but they always have stats (generally not as useful as player added stats though)

Some boss dropped bows are fairly powerful, and some have unique elements and stats on them that you can't get with player crafted equipment, but for the most part, player crafted equipment with specific stats can be more attuned to your own build and playstyle, making them better
