Can I fuse these pets as they are now. Why not? Mainly act as a Matk buffer

 

if you fuse now, the new level cap will be 115.
if you fuse at max level, the new cap will be 147.
power adds up, 10% of the current stats will be added to the fused pet's potential.

i daresay that any fusion where the new level cap is higher than the previous is good.
although in this case it would be just 1 level.
you should at least cap the rabbit, so you can reach 124.

if Rem Potum is the pet you want to use, cap it only fuse with pets of equal or greater level.
lowering the cap out of convenience will cause regrets later, it's a long way up.
